• What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?

• How can I see my account online?

  Manage your account using Online Access. Create an account or log in at https://onlinebanking.firstdata.com/ecs/village-bank and get 24-hour access to manage your account, download statements or pay your bill online.

• How do I make a payment?

  Access your account online at https://onlinebanking.firstdata.com/ecs/village-bank and select “Bill Payment.” Choose “Enroll Accounts” to add a bank account for electronic payment of your bill.  You can also mail payments to: Village Bank PO Box 2711, Omaha, NE, 68103-2711 or make at a payment at any of our branches.

• What should I do if my card is about to expire?

  Replacement credit cards are received by the end of the month of expiration. Your new card will be mailed in a plain white envelope, indicating only our return address, P.O. Box 330, Midlothian VA 23113. Make sure your replacement card isn’t disregarded as junk mail!

• How do I dispute a transaction?

  Your Village Bank Credit Card has a 3-digit CVV code located on the back of the card. This code is in place to validate that your card is authentic in situations like mail, telephone or online orders where the card is not present.
